Could this cause miscarriage?

I am 12 dpo. I have had two extremely stressful events (one I had to be taken to the ER and one involved an unruly neighbor - scary (underline) incident!) within two days of each other. Even though I was not holding my breath that I am pregnant this month, there is always a chance. I have read that some people miscarry before they even knew they were pregnant and then just have their regular period, could two very stressful events like this cause a miscarriage (and is it likely it would happen) or if I am pregnant would it most likely be ok because it is so early?
