How do i ask the hairdresser for a haircut like this?

bring in the picture! it helps if you bring in a picture of the same haircut from different angles, or multiple pictures of the same general haircut idea. they'll do their best. my advice is to go to a higher-end beauty salon, unlike greatclips or supercuts.
