If Obama represents "change," why is a corporate bloodsucker choosing his running mate?

Do you have any evidence to support your claim that this person is choosing Obama's VP? He or she will probably be picked by a consortium of the party higher-ups. Although Obama will have some input, he pretty much will do as they say.
