Is this pc build ok for gaming.. and ffxiv?

Umm...yeah lol, slightly. You're really wasting a lot of money going with a 990x though. A Core i5 2500K or Core i7 2600K is actually a bit better for gaming at $700-800 less and you would not need any expensive liquid cooling either. My Core i7 2600K overclocks just fine to 4.5 ghz on air
