Well what is the speed on the ticket did he put 46 or 56...you will have to appear in court cuz its a misdameanor odds are no only cuz its ur first time. but the fine will suck ***...I dealt with the same thing in cali for 87 in a 55 it all depends on what the cop put on the ticket (reckless op or just +15) but in california its just a 250 fine and 2 points but u live in a communist state so maybe things are different. But I (very highly) dought you will lose ur license, but I can tell you the more times u appear in court the more harsher the judge is. This being ur first time don't stress but expect a heafty fine and some points (4-6 points) Don't kill me I'm just the messenger.
