Might be wiser to use the milk crates to build a lovely ice wall to border your yard. Less liability if they smash themselves up against it. (In fact, you can sue THEM)... And it would be destruction of property. You also have the right to video record their actions. (I think no sound is allowed though) but that is enough evidence to press charges.
