The World's Best Orchestras?

I would swap out San Francisco and L.A. for Baltimore and Philadelphia. I might put Pittsburgh before both of those west coast ensembles too. Montreal in it's hey day would need to be on that list. Please make room for the Royal Scottish National too. Is there a place for Academy of St Martin in the Fields.
