Colledge or unniversity?

I want to be a psyciatrice ( pardon my spelling ). Im wondering if i need to go to college or unniversity. and how long? and what cles? and i would like to speak to someone who is one. if annyone knows of any who has msn or hotmail. i would really apreciate the help. im 15 in 10th grade and a girl, im doing my choices for next year for cles and im wondering in i gotta take applied or academic, and stuff.
