Is this a good computer build?

That will be a very solid machine. Just makes sure you don't overpay. Also look into getting a qud-core processor. They're starting to be a standard which means you get the advanatage of the major speed difference with a much smaller price tag than they used to come with. I would probably grab one more gig of Ram as well. Get it up to an even 4 gigs which will be quite helpful.
