Jews: What exactly is meant by being "under the vine and fig tree", as mentioned in Zechariah 3:10?

It's an image of self-sufficiency, long peace (figs take a while to grow), and riches (to afford wine). See Melachim Aleph, end of Perek 5 for another example.
