How do I Italicize Comapany Names and Products in a essay?

I am writing a MLA essay on Walt Disney and have a question. I mention in the essay a comapany he started called Laugh-O-Grams and the product it created was called The Allice Comedies. Am I supposed to italicize Laugh-o-grams and put The allice comedies in quotes? What do i do? They are also in the same sentence.
