Im very worried...what would you do?

We are renting a house and it's not perfect but clean and new so it will do for now,will only stay another 6 months or so,anyway, my problem is with the third bedroom,it is small and that's is where the boiler is,when we moved in, our daughter was supposed to have that room but i felt so uncomfortable having her there, i moved her in to the other bedroom and thought when our second is born, he can go there as i didn't feel too worried,(know i just put it in the back of my head) but now that it is time to move him out of our bedroom. I'm feeling increasingly worried again.I have considered moving us in there but it is so small it will only fit a cot and the changing unit. It is in the wardrobe high up so he the children can't reach it but i don't feel comfortable, what if....is what I'm thinking. Am i overreacting? Please advise..i feel sick im that worried..
