I want to loose around 5 kilos. Im 14. Help?
welll im not very tall. and the thing i really want to get rid of is arms , stomach , legs. i eat alot if that makes scence. well since im mostly at school the time , but its school holidays now for 2 weeks. i really want to loose it all. if i loose 5 i get to my goal ( i weight 50 kgs currently ) and dont tell me its too skinny. cause trust me i know when skinnys to skinny. but im not sure if i could change my dinner meals , but what about breakfast and lunch. something healthy ( im not really into the salad thing unfortiantly , but if i really need it il do it ) and also i drink alot of coke. i need your help. now. please.
