What movie is this, I can't remember to save my life?

Here's the story line: This woman gets invited to a house as well as about seven other people. They start getting picked off one by one, and she see's everyone die. One death scene is this guy falls into an unlit fireplace and a big stone lion head comes down from the corner and takes off his head. The woman is the last person to die but we find out that the house is her old home and that she had like seven brothers and sisters that her father had killed but somehow she got away and in order for the ghosts to move on she had to die. I saw this four years ago and I haven't been about to figure it out. Thanks so much.
