Why would an atheist think the world is imperfect?

Ah, but where did sin come from? Did it come out of nothingness? No, it came from God, er, I mean the Devil, but wait that means Satan can create things which would make him God, so it was God that created sin, no wait, but God is all good. I know, God works in mysterious ways, yeah that's it!
